September 22, 2015 – Another Sale plus a New Cartoon

MORE AGENCIES AND HOSPICES SOLD!

NEW – Quincy, Illinois:  CareLink, Inc, a non-Medicare home care provider sold to a regional healthcare company.  Rhonda Gronberg, our Director of Development,  provided advisory services.

Hackensack, New Jersey:  Elite Healthcare, Inc. sold to a regional home care provider, Brian Bruenderman, one of our partners, provided sell-side advisory services.

Louisville, Kentucky:  Kindred Healthcare divested their Gentiva and Kindred home health agencies in Utah.  Benjamin Bogan and Brian Bruenderman, two of our partners, provided sell-side advisory services.

Cherry Hill, New Jersey:  Lighthouse Hospice, Inc. sold to a regional hospice provider.  Congratulations to Elaine Ashby for building such a fine business.  Brian Bruenderman, one of our partners, provided sell-side advisory services.

Phoenix, Arizona:  Good Life Home Care, a Medicare certified home care agency, sold to a regional health care provider.  Ben Bogan, one of our partners, provided sell-side advisory services.

Providence, Utah:  Access Home Care & Hospice sold to a regional healthcare provider.  Stoneridge Partners provided sell-side advisory services.

Chicago, Illinois: Home Health & Hospice of Illinois, a large Medicare home health agency and hospice sold to a regional home care provider.  Stoneridge Partners provided sell-side advisory services.

Springfield, Virginia: Americare In Home Nursing, Inc., a leading Medicare-certified provider of skilled home health nursing and therapy services, with agencies in Springfield, VA, Ft. Washington, MD, and Washington, DC, sold to a regional home care provider.  Brian Bruenderman, one of our partners, provided sell-side advisory services.

South Carolina:  Join us at the South Carolina Home Care & Hospice annual conference at Hilton Head.  November 2-3 at the Sonesta Resort.  Brian Bruenderman and Ben Bogan, two of our partners, will be giving a presentation titled “Massive Mergers & Acquisitions – What Does it Mean to You?”   South Carolina Conference

At all of these conferences we will be setting up confidential meetings with buyers and sellers of home care agencies and hospices.

WE JUST RETURNED FROM:

Ohio:  at the Ohio Council for Home Care & Hospice annual conference Brian Bruenderman gave a very well received presentation titled “M&A Update for Home and Hospice Care Agencies”.

Maryland: at the Maryland National Capital Homecare Association’s annual conference in Baltimore.  Ben Bogan, one of our partners, gave a very entertaining presentation titled “M&A Update for Home and Hospice Care Agencies”.

Pennsylvania:  For their Financial Management Conference.  Brian Bruenderman and Ben Bogan, two of our partners, gave a well received presentation titled “Wading into the Dating Pool:  How to Make Your Agency More Attractive to MCOs, ACOs, and Other Partners.

Texas – August 12 -13 in Galveston for TAHC’s 46th Annual Meeting..  Joe Lynch, our partner that manages our Dallas office met with many buyers and sellers of home care agencies and hospices.

Florida at HCAFs 26th annual conference and trade show, where we gave our presentation titled “Massive Mergers & Acquisitions….What does it mean to you”.

NAHC Financial Annual Conference June 28-30th in Nashville.  This was a well attended conference with several high quality presentations.

Southwest/Gulfcoast Regional Home Care & Hospice Conference. New Orleans, June 2 – 3rd.  On June 3rd at 2:45 pm we will be giving a presentation and update on the state of Home Care & Hospice M&A……and meet Joe Lynch, one of our partners who has recently opened our new Dallas office  Southwest/Gulfcoast Conference.
