Southwest/Gulfcoast Regional Home Care & Hospice Conference. New Orleans, June 2 – 3rd.  On June 3rd at 4 pm we will be giving a presentation and update on the state of Home Care & Hospice M&A.  Southwest/Gulfcoast Conference

NAHC Financial:  As always we will be exhibiting at the NAHC annual Financial Management Conference June 28-30th in Nashville. NAHC Financial

Chicago, Illinois: Home Health & Hospice of Illinois, a large Medicare home health agency and hospice sold to a regional home care provider.  Stoneridge Partners provided sell-side advisory services.

Springfield, Virginia: Americare In Home Nursing, Inc., a leading Medicare-certified provider of skilled home health nursing and therapy services, with agencies in Springfield, VA, Ft. Washington, MD, and Washington, DC, sold to a regional home care provider.  Brian Bruenderman, one of our partners, provided sell-side advisory services.

Tamarac, Florida:  Alternative Home Health Care has acquired Senior Health Care Services, Inc. (SHS), a Vi-affiliated homecare provider with six locations throughout southeast Florida.  Senior Health Care Services operates in the Aventura, Hollywood, Tamarac, Pompano, Boca Raton, and Lantana areas.  Stoneridge Partners provided sell-side advisory services.

Downers Grove, Illinois: Addus HomeCare Corporation announced that the Company has acquired Priority Home Health Care, Inc. Headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio, Priority operates six offices in the Cleveland, Akron and Columbus areas, which are expected to produce revenues of approximately $11 million for the year ended December 31, 2014. Brian Bruenderman, one of our partners, provided sell-side advisory services.

St Louis, Missouri:  Epic Health Services, Inc., a Dallas-based leading provider of home health care services, and Nurses to Go, LLC, a prominent provider of pediatric and adult private duty and home health care services in Missouri, have announced the closing of a definitive agreement under which Epic Health Services has acquired Nurses to Go.   Stoneridge Partners provided sell-side advisory services.

Ft. Worth, Texas: Covenant Hospice and Palliative Care merged with a national hospice provider.  Stoneridge Partners provided sell-side advisory services.
