NEW: Providence Homecare Services located in Lufkin, Texas sold to a large regional homecare  provider.   The owner was represented by two of our partners, Cory Mertz and Charles Cook.

New: Ann Sonnier has sold her Louisiana agency, AAA Home Health and Hospice to a financial buyer.  Cory Mertz, a partner at Stoneridge represented Ann in the sale.

Compassionate Care Hospice Group has sold their Medicare agencies in Northeastern Pennsylvania and Delaware to a regional home care provider. Stoneridge Partners provided representation to the Seller.

CareSouth Health System has closed on their purchase of Florida Palliative Home Care of Lake, Marion and Sumter Counties,  a Medicare certified home health agency in Ocala, Florida.   Stoneridge Partners provided representation service to the seller.

Radiant Healthcare Services, a mid-size Texas Medicare agency was sold to a large regional home care provider.  We brokered this transaction representing the owner. 

A Medicare agency in Florida’s district three sold to an individual investor.  Confidentiality is to remain in place until the owners make their announcement.  We brokered the transaction representing the sellers.

Caregivers Health Network, Cincinnati, Ohio, a $5M Medicare agency, was sold to a regional public home care company.  We brokered this transaction representing the buyer.

Focus Home Healthcare, a Medicare agency in Tampa, Florida sold to a regional home care provider.  We represented the seller.  Congratulations to Cory Mertz, our partner who handled the transaction.

Freedom Home Healthcare, a Medicare agency located in Clearwater, Florida sold to a regional home care provider.  We represented the Seller.

Nightingale Hospice, a leading Georgia hospice was sold to a large, regional hospice provider.  We brokered the transaction representing the Seller.

Senior 1st Choice, a leading private duty agency located in Georgia, was recently sold to a national home care company.  We brokered the transaction representing the Seller.

Intrepid USA Healthcare, a large Medicare home care company based in Dallas, Texas, has sold their private duty agency in Hickory, NC.   We represented Intrepid in this transaction, and Susan Moyer, one of our partners, was the dealmaker.

Coastal Health Services, A Florida Medicare Home Health Agency sold to a regional home care provider.  We represented the Seller and Cory Mertz, one of our partners, was the dealmaker.

Pioneer Home Health, a provider of Medicare home health in Wilmington, Ohio, sold to a large Assisted Living Facility.  Cory Mertz was the dealmaker, representing the Seller.

Walton Nursing Hospice Service, a Georgia hospice provider sold to a large regional home health and hospice provider.  We represented the Seller.

Fairfield Medical Center’s Medicare Agency, near Columbus, OH was recently purchased by a large regional home health company. We provided buy-side representation.

Health Resource Solutions, a Medicare agency in Dublin, Ohio, was purchased by a regional home care company. We provided sell-side representation.

West Valley Home Health Care, a Medicare agency located near Salt Lake City, was purchased by a regional health care firm. We provided sell-side representation.

Patient Care, Inc., sold it’s agencies in the Northeast to Almost Family. We provided buy-side representation.

AAT Home Health Care, a Medicare Certified Agency in Oak Brook, Illinois, was sold to a local home care provider. We provided sell-side representation.

Care Plus Home Health, a large private duty agency in Bradenton and Sarasota Florida, was sold to a national health care provider. Congratulations to Paul & Kathryn Garlick for building such a great agency. We brokered this transaction.

Apex Home Healthcare, a 16MM agency located in Jacksonville, Florida was sold to Louisville based Almost Family. (NASDAQ:AFAM). We brokered this transaction.

Maxim Home Health Resources divested their home health agencies in Broward and Palm Beach County Florida to a regional home care provider. We provided buy-side representation.

Heritage Homecare Services, a premier private duty agency located in Riverside, California, sold to a large home care provider.

Florida First Care D-4, a Medicare agency located in Jacksonville, Florida, was sold to a regional home care provider.

Quality of Life, a Florida based Medicare agency was purchased by Almost Family. We provided buy-side representation.

Care Services of Ohio, located in Lorain, Ohio was sold to a national home care provider. They provide skilled Medicare & rehabilitation services to the elderly.

Almost Family has sold their Homewood, Illinois location to a national home care provider. This agency was acquired with their Mederi acquisition of last year and did not fit in with their overall corporate strategy.

Tidewell Hospice & Pallative Care sold their Medicare agency named Journey’s Home Care to a regional home care provider.

Family Home Health Services sold their Medicare agency located in Winter Park, Florida to a regional home care provider.

Able Home Health Care, a Texas Medicare agency sold to a large regional home care company.

Care Services of the Emerald Coast, a Ft. Walton Beach, Florida Medicare agency sold to a regional home care provider.

BayCare HomeCare announced the sale of their Jacksonville, Florida home health agency with revenue of approximately 2,500,000.
