Rhonda Gronberg, Director of Business Development keeps the business flowing.

Originally from Ohio now living in Ft. Myers, FL. For 20+ years Rhonda worked for major finance companies and banks i.e. ITT Capital, GE Capital Corp., Bank of Tokyo and PNC Bank. She developed and grew a client base across the country working with owners of small companies, as well as CEO’s and CFO’s of large corporations, helping them assess their capital equipment financing needs.

Barbara James

After attending Millikin University and Elmhurst College, Barbara graduated as a Registered Nurse from DePaul Hospital in St. Louis. For 15 years she specialized in maternal infant health starting in the neonatal intensive care unit, transitioning through labor and delivery, supervisor of level two nursery to eventually becoming a supervisor of an OB Gyn Nursery Department of a small hospital in central Florida.

In Florida she changed her focus to Home Health and spent over 12 years in a many of areas of patient care including Cardiac Care, Wound Management, Infusion Specialist, Community Coordinator and Discharge Planner. She also spent three years developing and instructing an Adult Education CNA program for a Florida County.

In 2002 she retired from nursing and joined Stoneridge Partners as their Director of Data Research, where she works behind the scenes developing and researching information for their extensive Goldmine contact management system.
